At AlbumSource.com we make every effort to fill orders and ensure delivery as soon as possible. Orders are generally shipped by the next business day. However, if you order Overnight or 2nd Day Air delivery, we will make every effort to ship on the day that the order is received. The cut-off time for shipping is around noon Eastern Time so, if you place an order for Overnight or 2nd Day Air delivery after that time, it would be best to call first to confirm that we can meet your requirements.
An exception to our rule of shipping in the next business day are personalized albums. Personalized albums may take between 2 to 7 business days before the item is shipped depending on which album is to be personalized (some albums are personalized elsewhere). If an item is needed by a particular date please indicate this on your order in the Special Instructions box on the check out page. You can call or e mail us in reference to any inquiries. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground and require a street address, since UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If delivery to a street address is not practical, we can ship to your P.O. Box but this may slow the shipping process by three or four days.
If any item is on backorder or otherwise not in stock at the time the order is placed, we will notify you by e-mail and ship the full order when it is complete. Partial shipping is available by request at service@AlbumSource.com. In this case shipping costs will be applied to each separate shipment.
Shipping to locations outside of the United States is offered only on a case by case basis. We will determine the shipping cost for such orders and e-mail you a form authorizing us to proceed with the shipment. Any additional costs, such as brokerage fees and duties, are the responsibility of the buyer.
