SKU H1090 This dramatic looking 3-ring binder cover results from applying a thin cork veneer over a hard backed cover that has been wrapped in metallic blue paper. The result is a two tone effect that is sure to please. Each 3-ring binder is truly unique as the cork as natural variations.

The binding mechanism is finished in flat black and the inside covers are finished in tan paper. Available with a half inch or one inch ring.

This binder can hold any sized photo or memorabilia using the magnetic page refills (available in "Related Products" below). We also carry 4" x 6" or 8" x 10" slip in pocket pages (also available in "Related Products" below). Combine all three page styles to have a truly custom photo album / scrapbook combination.
